Thought I'd tell you a few things about myself.

These are in no particular order of importance;

1. I have impossibly red hair.

2. I am a doll.

3. I once got lost on the Moscow underground.

4. I have a black cat.

5. I am dyslexic.

6. I told a boy I could ride a motorbike to impress him. I can't & he wasn't.

7. I blagged my way into a job at a good resaurant by telling them I was an excellent fishmonger having never cut up a fish. It wasn't a disaster.

8. However, I am a good cook.

9. I can play Ode to Joy on the ukulele.

10. I once supported myself as an actor.

11. I think almost entirely in pictures. This leads to my laughing at some very inappropiate moments.

12. I like sparkly things & have a disco ball in my garden.

13. Did I tell you I was dyslexic? I am a specialist teacher of dyslexic kids. There are occassionally issues.....

14. I have pure white dolly skin and burn in the sun.

15. My favourite place in the world is New York.

16. I like tents.

17. I am starting this blog because people ask me to tell them more about the bizzare things that happen to me. 140 characters is never enough.

18. I love my Blackberry.

19. I am obsessed with Hammer horror films.

20. I once nursed a poorly hedgehog back to health.

All of this is true. This is my world. Step on in.
